Certainly fits with chaos theory and also the liminal states that I’ve just written about. things could go either way – much needed change (which will probably mean more upheaval) or snapping back into usual practice. Think of Cumming’s view on chaos as well….

I was gutted after reading Cummings’ education paper (some of it – it’s a long dreadful rant!) to see systems theory twisted so horribly to suit an agenda that is the opposite of what I get from it.
